Height map keeps crashing (solved lock please)

i need help every time i go to put my height map in FH it crashes and i cant figure out why. my mask works fine but when i put my height map in it just crashes, is anyone else having this problem? I have been trying for awhile to get it to work but it just wont, any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Make sure your heightmap is

513x513
png image
grayscale
(if using gimp) remove alpha channel
