Why are some fonts not working anymore?

Can you guys please fix this, some fonts do not work anymore and instead default to font face, it is pretty upsetting and I enjoy to type in different fonts and find it fun. What happened? Is this a bug and if so can you guys please work on fixing it?

I am sure I am typing the code right and if you look at this post I made a while back, you will see which are not working provided the issue is not only specific to me.

Forgive me, as I'm not super well known on fonts; but I do know that not all fonts are supported by html, or within certain browsers or engines. Personally, I use this handy website whenever I want to change up my post formats. Additionally, I know from experience that even some of the fonts from here don't work on simplemachines (our forum engine) or even google chrome all the time. Also, make sure you are typing your spaces right. I forget whether or not you need all spaces or no spaces, but it wouldn't hurt to play around with them. Same thing goes for colors. I remember having to alter many of the colors in my tutorial to fit the code.

Maybe simplemachines dropped a few fonts that were working previously, or some update went awry?

I'm using Firefox, all fonts still work fine for me.

I am using chrome and they use to work fine for me on this browser, but recently it seems they don't work, it is pretty disappointing.

Which fonts are having trouble showing up for you? I use both Internet Explorer and Firefox, and all of the fonts listed on the tutorial you've linked appear to work fine for me. o:
