Well dear; I know the problem and the feeling.

Check in this folder;
My Computer >> Local Disk (D:) - Then check all of the folders there. Especially the 'Received files' folder! When I last looked there, I found all my old pictures and videos from when I was young; You never know, you could get your files and your memories back!

Also make sure to check your recycle bin. x3

When you downloaded feralheart, did you have any other windows open? Because I know that it helps. Oh and I suggest checking your recycle bin. They may have gone there.
