 When you press the "nuzzle" option on someone you'll notice that it adds to their Floof-O-Meter count which is basically like a karma system. It's just a simple & nice way of telling someone thank you for something nice or helpful they did. ^_^

Adding onto Lord, so you need 25+ posts in order to nuzzle other people and you can get Floofs from being nice enough to help out in the forum. :3 Hope this help.
