Can't see custom objects in downloaded map. Help. [SOLVED]

So I made a map for my friend, exported it correctly, and uploaded it to a file sharing site for her to download. She downloaded it and put the files in all the proper places. She wasn't able to get on the map at first, but we figured out that problem on our own. Unfortunately, it seems she can't see the custom items I placed in the map. Did she perhaps put the files in the wrong places? I just can't figure it out. Please help.

Uh, I don't really know but this did happen to me once. Did you giver her all of the exported files and did she put all of the files in her exports folder? (Note that she might have to overwrite some files if they had the same name of something she has) Other then that i'm not sure what causes this.

This has happened to me before. Did she place the objects folder in the right place along with the rest of the folders?

When you make a map and add custom objects to it you need to put those custom objects into their own object groups or they will not appear properly or at all. You can't just include them along with the default object groups. They need their own folder.
