Do I need permision to start a group forum??

Like the title says, I want to set up a forum for a new group me and a friend have made. The group has alot of rules and system basics ect. for a cool orginized look, but its to much to type into the chat box :/ so having a forum page to explain everything and tell everyone who is who in the group would be awesome. Any one have a seggestion?

You are free to create a thread for your group in the RP section since it's an ingame group. Though getting an actual board for the group is nothing that happens out of the blue.

But maybe you meant your own forum? In this case no, you don't need any permissions at all. Just find a site that hosts free forums, sign up, and start creating your own.
