Help me for character

So like, it's taking forever to load and create your character?

Okay, if that's the case then here's a suggestion. I hope it works, it did for me as I have the same problem sometimes where it doesn't load the character I created.

What you have to do is create the character early in creation. /Very/ early. Just make a few adjustments, like with the sliders and species, then save. Then go back and add more, save, and repeat until you're finished. I've had to do this many times, it isn't really hard. It's just for some reason the more time you take while creating your character, the more likely the edit won't even stay it seems... At least for me.

Do you need me to repeat, maybe? Let me know if it doesn't work, or if this isn't the problem...?

It's good I got thank you for your help! By cons .. Once on the server I have two problems to come. The first is that I see white areas on loading players .. The second is that sometimes after a few minutes, that make connection failed me

Ah, the white characters y'er experiencing are using downloadable markings. The most current marking packs being used are Legendary Markings and Aug22. If ye wish to download one of those, I'd be happy to provide ye with the links. Do note that ye can only use one marking pack at a time, due to the fact that the order the markings are placed effects the way they are shown in-game. They usually contain the same markings, but some packs 'ave special markings at the end of the end of the list that other marking packs do not.

As f'er the connection issue, 'tis more likely the browser y'er using to keep the play tab open. Some users of Firefox seem to sometimes get connection issues b'cause of how the browser refreshes the tab and logs ye out. If y'er using Firefox, I'd recommend trying Google Chrome to see if that fixes y'er problem.
