Roleplaying in Party or Group

Local!! I like being able to see roleplays going on, even if I’m not directly involved, and I think it’s more “realistic” in a way because onlookers can see what’s going on. I like to use Group for OOC chats and Whisper for 1 on 1 conversations.

I really enjoy it when people roleplay in local! As long as it isn't right next to the chill-zone in Grounds, so it doesn't flood the chat (I don't personally mind it, but I know some people do). I purposely go out of my own way to creep into Eastern to see if anyone is roleplaying. Call me creepy, but I really enjoy listening in!

For a few of my other characters I'll switch to party. I do it frequently for characters who aren't canine or feline. e.g. I roleplay my TKC character, Rotfish in party as it doesn't make sense lore-wise if other species could see him. ^^'

I prefer to RP in local! I find party or group is for chatting, which is my personal preference, as well as my experience with role plays over the years. I don't think I've ever been in a group that's RPed in anything but local.

For what I’ve noticed, some people RP in party or group chats because they simply do not want to be interrupted. They want to just rp with their own group and maybe keep thing privately. I don’t mind rping in local or any other chats though. I love when people rp in local so I can read through because It’s usually very interesting.
