Help - Height Map

Sooo I wanna make a good map, and I need to learn about height maps. I tried to map one, and my game crashed when I added it.. So please help and explain how to make a heightmap and/or add a video Thanks! <3

Make sure that your height map is all of the following:
In Grayscale Mode
513pixels x 513pixels
One layer, flattened
Alpha Channel off
Saved in a png format
Named as “MapnamehereTerrain”

It worked! Honestly don't know what was wrong before - I think it was fine. Anyways, thanks for all the help <3
