Unable to log on

I've been trying to log on for almost an hour with no success.  Keeps saying that FH doesn't recognize my username/password but I've reset my password and am using the new one.  I'm logged in to the FH website and can see my account details but the game won't let me log in.  Doesn't look like the servers are down because it says "Game server is online with 822 users playing."

Any suggestions?

Thanks for that link...it was the number pad that was causing the problem.  :-)
