An Apology

It has been brought to my attention some users receiving bans who where never actually given bans. I have found the root of the problem and I'm looking to get it fixed asap as far as I'm aware this affects a couple of hundred accounts so I ask that you bare with me while I get a fix out to you.

Thank you for the info! My account was banned for 16 hours, and I was actually worried about it, because I've been travelling for 3 days and I wasn't online. I just got on today on the afternoon to give a check in my Pride. Now I'll just wait for this problem be fixed. ^^

Thank you very much about the banning problem! Our internet box went down, so I didn't need to worry about getting banned in game.

  I'm just posting to say that yes, there is a banning glitch, BUT NO it doesn't mean that any bans you currently have are all glitch bans, for all you know there is a reason behind them. Just saying, don't instantly assume that because there is a issue that you are innocent.
