Silvertail, im sorry but i dont know a solution for this problem as i have this problem too. Try exporting your map?
Someone once said when exporting if theres an error such as "Could not find texture for blah blah" it might stop the exporting some of the files in the object group.
Make sure to check your object groups in Object Maker, delete any missing the texture or missing the mesh entirely.
