How do you download the newest version

I'm sorry I just don't understand how to download the newest version I know this may already be covered but i'm very confused.

I suggest if you have any mods or presets you wanna keep, copy them because I believe they gonna poof once you download it

There's nothing to be confused about, hun.

If you have the older verison of feral heart, delete it. Then download the new one so you won't be confused.
