but other than that you have a good character going for you! simple design but really, it's the depth of a character's personality and history that makes it prominent

edit: for items maybe something that makes her seem ethereal? or not, items are good way to make a character's tastes and personality stand out more physically

For the 2-3 sets of wings, though I like the idea, I feel like it'd be a bit confusing for me. I'll likely use that kind of idea on another character though, so thanks!

As for the face, I love it! Do you mind if I basically copy it for her? ;w; Except for the hearts near the eyes, simply because
1) Already has several hearts on her design
2) Her eyes are glowing, often very brightly, so it feels like the marking just wouldn't be seen very well anyways.

I'll also probably add a heart on her back, below the wings but above the tail (so like slightly above the hips), and then have that little marking like you had drawn for the ears under it, coming around to where the scars are.

((Sorry if this isn't the place but... she will be a FH character more-or-less, so I figured it'd fit the 'characters' board))

Heeeyyy guys! So, I think I have a good look for my fursona, but I'm not 100% sure about her yet. We're getting close though ;3

Here's a sketch I made of her:


NOTES:
-Red marks on the sketch are scars, not markings.
-Should she have more markings on her hip/stomach area?
-Should I change her paws/legs?
-The big pawpad (in the middle of the paw) is shaped like a heart (not the heart markings you see on the picture, that's the other side of the paw), then the little ones are shaped like x's.
-Skin color- Electric blue
-Mouth color- Electric blue (might change to a more purple color 'cause of tongue)
-Tongue color- Oh hey look more electric blue
-Pelt/base color- Navy blue
-Markings- Hot pink
-Tail feathers- Red
-Mane- Red
-Eyes- glowing, neon green
-Fur at the end of ears (like a lynx)- Red
-Wings- Hot pink, except for the half-hearts, those are navy blue


Do you guys like it so far? What would you change? What accessories might you add? What do you like most about her design?

I guess you could say I was quite inspired by FeralHeart to do this. I want to make a world for my characters! I even want to make FH maps based off the areas, and make them available to all my friends, maybe even the public!

But first, I need help creating it. So, I ask you, the FeralHeart community, to help me reach my goal of making someplace where my many, many OCs can stay, and a place where people can also bring their OCs and RP there too, or even just chat!

Also, so far, the world is populated with species that me and my best friend made up, but more species will be added as time goes on!

Note: I'm mostly looking for overall information, and Realm 1 information. That's because, even though I'm making most of the world (and the FH stuff in it), my best friend is in charge of Realm 2, so I'm leaving almost all the Realm 2 information completely up to her.

NOTE:
As of right now, the MOST IMPORTANT THING I need is THE ACTUAL MAP ITSELF. Like, how does each realm look? Where are the mountains, the caves, the jungles? Is it a frozen wastleland or a burning desert? Is it more like FH?

IMPORTANT QUESTION:
Relating to the note, how do you guys come up with how heightmaps look? Like, how do you decide the shape? How do you decide where things go? I may add to the history of the worlds that gods/godesses made certain areas to look certain ways, just to make it a lil' easier, but I still need help ;w;

Here's the information I have so far.

OVERALL WORLD
-The overall planet itself is called Amit, meaning immeasurable or infinite.
-There's two realms/sides of the world.
-These "realms" are separated by a barrier. Very few are permitted to cross.

"REALM 1" (not yet named)
-Many different species
-Probably not humans (not confirmed tho, but likely)
-Several different languages
-Many different clans/tribes/whatever, and places. They will each run separately (one could be a dictatorship, one could be a democracy, ect.), but in times of need, leaders of each group will decide things together (more like Warriors in this sense. Maybe some leaders will agree, some won't. Wars may start 'cause of this, ect. ect. But it'll still be at least somewhat organized. Unlike Warriors, half the clan/tribe/ect. won't be there, only the important ones)

"REALM 2" (not yet named)
-Many different species
-No humans
-Dictatorship (details not yet sorted out)

I remember years ago I had a really weird/disturbing dream. I don't remember all of it, but I know it included this girl named Emily (she used to be my best friend, but currently, and at the time of this dream, we were no longer on great terms). Don't remember the details, but it included her drowning me to death in a lake. When I woke up, I got a text message from my current-day bestie (and my bestie at the time ^^) saying that Emily was moving to some sort of lake area (forgot what it was called, just know it was by a huge river). Creepy, right?

Another thing that's creepy, is that I had planned to say goodbye to her, even though we were no longer on good terms. However, I became extremely sick the day the left, and I couldn't say goodbye. Which is interesting, because in the dream, I was drowning so I literally couldn't say anything :'D Emily didn't speak at all in the dream either, I don't think.

I'd also like a mass-species group, but (shoutout to my favorite FH group dunmindme) Creatures of Yugure is pretty dang close. The people there are friendly, and basically all species (including mythical and made-up) are allowed, as long as it's not human, supernatural, ect. They have a registration form somewhere on the forums, so you could try there! It's been up for quite a while, it's not a new group at all cx
