HELP! Backup account creation?

So, I wanted to make a second account for backup reasons, say I get hacked and are banned for a very long time (also partially for roleplay reasons /:3) but I only have one email.. thus, it says 'the email is already in use'.
 I know it's acceptable to have two accounts, but why say that if you can't make another..?

You can only use one email per account. You CAN just get another email.

By the way, a second account won't work for bypassing a ban....

^that. bans are IP bans, all accounts on your IP with suffer the consequences of the first.
