(SOLVED!!!) Time Zone Confusion (Noob question)

Okay, so I just noticed this, but for my timezone thing it says it's 7 something at night... when in reality it's 3:50.  I know that I have the right timezone, which is Eastern Standard, but I don't understand why it keeps saying that it's later than it actually is.  Is it something with my computer or my web browser or the site itself?  Sorry if there's a topic on this already, and I don't really care too much about it, but I'm just curious to see if there's an answer...

Web Browser:  Google Chrome
Timezone: Eastern Standard Time, U.S.

Hopefully someone can clear this up for me!

You can change it via your settings in your profile to what time zone your in. I need to do it. xD

Let me edit this post with directions too it.

Up der, where you have your home, help, search, profile, etc tabs, click on Profile.
Scroll down the side and find Look and Layout Preferences under Modify Profile. From here you can change your timezone that the forum shows (be aware that it can be a bit wonky at times). Just click auto detect, or you can type in a value that makes the time in the top right corner (see pic below) equal to your time.

And yes, I am on the forum from my iPhone. Ignore. xD
