403 Error

My friend tried activating her account (GaryOak), but it won't work. She tried Torch Browser, Mozilla, and Internet Explorer, but it wouldn't work. She removed the cookies and still didn't work. Can somebody help?

Try sending an email to [email protected] and explain your problem if it doesn't work.
Also, you may want to PM (Private Message) an admin/mod and explain the problem in more detail to them instead of  here if nothing helps.

If I'm not wrong, here is a way of fixing it.

1- Get the error onto your screen
2- See the url at the top? (www..ect) Delete .php? from it.
3- It may help, but I hhave no idea.

Well, here is an idea. I had these problems as well. Well, say I made an account. I didnt have time to activate it because I had to go to school. Well, when I  get home, I cant activate my account BECAUSE: The registrations still have to be open if you want to activate it. So, say I made my account at 7:00 PM and the registrations close at 9:00 PM. Say I had to go to church or something for five hours. Well, after 9:00 PM, you can't activate your account because that is not the way the FH registrations are working right now. Do do what Kiquaii has said above about emailing activateferal-heart.com. They may give you a new registration link or something. If this doesn't help, it might come to where your friend needs to create a new account. Hope this helps!

There is a possible chance that your friend clicked the activation code as registration had just closed C:
i would say try the suggestions given by kiquaii

sometimes an account glitches during activation and doesnt really get "created"
if it was successfully created though it might be able to be activated from the email your friend used to register with by sending a activation request to [email protected]
or as said by kiquaii also, try asking one of the mods/admins to see if they can resolve the issue

Hey, my cousin had the same problem. But he won't be here for long, so is there any way to do it now (9:45 am Eastern Time) without hacking the system or anything? He's been waiting for this for a long long time, and now that suddenly we can't do it it's pretty upsetting.
