My friend wants to join the feral heart game, but the registration is never open, can anyone tell me what time of day it opens?

Registration opens at completely random times, your friend will just have to keep checking back!~

As Ruby mentioned, the registration is conpletely random.
Even staff can't know when it will actually open.
Once it's open, it stays for approximately two hours before closing again.

I wish you and your friend the best of luck at catching it.
