my character creation button is gone please help

When I log on the create botton at the bottum of the screen is gone please help what do I do

Try reinstalling FeralHeart. It might of not download completely

How many characters do you have?

The button disappears when your account has been filled with characters. Try to remove one and see if it comes back.
