Can't open the game, help?

I have a Mac. Recently, I got a new Mac. When I click to open Feralheart now, it just doesn't do anything. I have tried refreshing the computer and double clicking, but the game doesn't do ANYTHING.
Not even the paw symbol flashes.
So...Does anybody here know what's up with that?

That might help you. I should note that I do not have a Mac, so if that doesn't work I'm afraid I don't know what could be the issue.

R u sure u have the feralheart Mac version?  If not then u need to download that one instead, if u do have the mac version try re-installing it. Or u might need the patch.

the patch is like an updated version, or say a less glitchy one. If you fh doesn't work try to install the patch which is located here: http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=23&Itemid=40 try it, it might work, if it does not then try to just re-install everything and make sure you have everything in their correct places and files. Another possibility is that its something wrong with the computer instead.

I had to redownload it, it wouldn't let me get the patch.
And now when I click it, it just says "Cannot open file'".

Oh my...terribly sorry if it didn't help u floof, but that's all I can think of that might help, its most likely something wrong with ur computer though, try to lower ur firewalls and see if that helps.

You might need to reinstall if you installed the patch. The patch is for user's who have had FH for years and have never updated it. The original downloads for Mac and Windows already have the patch included and installing it again will most likely crash your game. Just saw your edit. It will not open because the patch is only for Windows systems- the Mac download already has it included, don't worry. Have you tried what I posted yet?

I'm no way an expert on Macs, but I have a a few theories.
You might have installed an anti-virus internet security in the past few days/months on that mac.
Since feralheart is based online and needs internet access to it you may have to check if your mac security hasn't blocked it.
The interweb is jam packed with adverts and such so maybe something else (Like a program) is blocking your game?

If it hasn't, check for downloads  that you don't need. Like the PC feralheart patch that you might have installed by mistake, the PC FeralHeart itself or that you have the mac download of FH. Other than that, all I can say is that it might also be a problem with your mac, and not the game.
