Yes, I'm pretty sure that's all ye need to do. But, before ye do, what all did it come with? Y'er mentioning the plural form of files and the last ENB I installed was just the new rendering file.

Bro's ENB has multiple files such as enbpalette, enbeffects, etc.

Try downloading Direct X from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
