Can't play game

Hello, my name is Shadow and I have been trying to play. I downloaded the game, registered my account, not necessarily in that order. And then I click on the play game tab on the home page and on the next screen where it says to type in username and password. I did that and hit login, and for a split second it went black like it was going to load the next page or log me in and then it just all went the same as before, still showing the log in I typed and my password but it goes nowhere when I hit login or Enter on my keyboard. Could it be possible that I was not fully registered? Please help

Try using a different browser, such as Chrome.

That doesn't work. I tried using Chrome, Internet explorer, FireFox, SilverLight

Is there anything else I can try?
Whe trying to log in to the game tab is just sits there and nothing happens.

This has been happening to a lot of users. I recommend messaging a staff member. As this has been happening to many members, it seems to be an account related problem.

Try checking your email and seeing if you got any kind of email about a password change. Some users have been sent this by Raz as there have been issues with accounts not becoming fully activated recently. If you didn't receive any email of that sorts, message a staff member.

It could also be something else, but i'm going to assume that it's the account problems we've been having with the site work as there are a lot of other people having the same problem.
