OK, i tried to put a signature on and this happens.  
    
I don't know how to tell a admin about this though and please tell me how and how to ask them to move this to the right area if this is the wrong area. This is very disturbing and i really want a signature. Please help me.

Yes PMs work for Admins and Mods just like all normal users here on the forums.

I've been reading that PMs don't work for users, Thats why i asked.

That's ok. ninety nine percent of the time it works so you shouldn't worry about it. The only time it wont work is if there is a username here on the forums that is the same as another persons. that is when it derps.
