Game Crashing

Hi,

My game has been crashing consistently and I believe it is likely at fault of the preset sync. I read somewhere this happens due to a bad preset, and despite the fact that I keep deleting the presets stated in each badfile reminder, it will not stop crashing! Is there a way to prevent certain presets from being downloaded onto the sync (it is 2 specific ones). If not, can somebody please direct me to a guide on how to uninstall the preset sync?
