Hello,
I have been trying to access into my old account and it is stating that my password is incorrect - no worries. I select "Forgot Password," but it brings up the "Bad Reset Code." So far, it has been up to 12 hours by now that I have waited and tried, and I know it can take up to 48. I just wondering if it were even possible to get my old account back? I am able to still view it [old account] on the Forums and even some of my posts, but it will not allow me to change the password as of now.
