Site help?: Friend unable to register. [Solved]

Okay okay. My friend wants to register on Feralheart by Create an Account in the box in the top right. She does everything correctly but, when she clicks register, it says: "IP/Adress has been Blocked by BotScout" And she's currently disappointed.    
Please reply if you know any answers! PLEASE!

Has she had an account before? It sounds like her IP has been blocked for some reason. If she has had an account before, her IP address may have been blocked because of rule breaking.

If she hasn't had an account before, you can try changing her IP address. You can find videos and tutorials on how to do so via YouTube or Yahoo search. I would post how, but it is different one every windows system. Hope this helps.

Well, changing one's IP can or cannot be done, it depends on your IP type. If it is Dynamic, it should be able to be changed easily, however Static IPa's are nearly impossible to change. If your IP is of the Static type, try proxifying (filtering your connection through another), it may help.
