ice/water wolf wanted

so i been thinking about wanting a ice/water based preset
and i would like it to be made with my pet on cs


i will like it preset_7
i want it to have water texture,
something like this...http://www.topdesignmag.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/14.-water-texture.jpg
semi transparent  and animated to look like real flowing water (you can ignore the ice/crystals on the back and tail)
 if theres anyone that can do this for me itll be very much
appreciated!

Hm, I have never tried making a animated preset before but, if you don't mind waiting quite awhile for me to figure it out I can try and do this for you. Emphasis on try XD
Do you just want that picture pasted on and with a fur texture? If so, cool haha that's easy. Do you want a mane with that picture as well or a mix of blues? How about eyes? Have any fur texture ideas? If not, I have a bunch.

I can for sure do just a semi-transparent preset with the picture, but I am not completely positive about animations but I am more then willing to try I can start as soon as I get the okay.

sure! :Di don't mind waiting ,and i was thinking more like real water so the picture pasted on and with a fur texture eyes..they can be the glowing orb type
and didnt think about the mane..can  you do it like the body,semi-transparent? if you cant do the animation thats alright
ill be happy with  just semi-transparent
