I have the same problem. I reinstalled the game and I've put every single marking and item into their right places. I can login, everything's fine BUT when the characters have to load, the game closes itself..C: X"D Does anyone has any idea? I really need those markings and items. Previously(today to be exact), everything worked well, I could play with those items/markings. Now it doesn't feel like working I guess?

For me, the problem is that the logo just removes itself, it just disappears, when I click on it twice. I don't understand why.

Please, someone help me.. I uninstalled the former FH folders to make space for this patch... I download it, everything's great, but when I click on the logo, it removes itself.. Can somebody help me please? I'm doing it the third time now, the logo disappears, the game doesn't even show up.
