My friend (who got me into the series, and she read the entire series and is waiting for the last book coming out Fall 2014)has watched the movies, and said she hated it for the movies were nothing like the books. Also, the character who plays "Grover", who is Percy's best friend: He doesn't have the skin tone.
I that sounded a bit rude and/or racist, I'm sorry. ;-; Forgive me, please. ;-;

Also, anybody notices that EVERY book in the series starts with "THE".
Example:

The Titan's Curse
The Battle of the Labyrinth
The Last Olympian
The Lost Hero
The Son of Neptune
The Mark of Athena
The House of Hades
The Blood of Olympus

Guessing the upcoming book will start with "The" too.
