How to make Glow in the Dark Markings on your Presets/Etc

That means, that what needs to be the base image, i.e what your character looks like with out the glowing markings, has to be different/named differently, from the image that has the markings on it.  And they have to be separate images.

So I have the PNG image with the markings and i have the body... do i need one body WITH the markings on it and one without?

Nah, you need one without the markings and one with just the markings.  Body not included.

okay i got the glow to work, but now it won't let me export the preset?

i found that it sometimes wouldn't let me export the preset if i was mixing file types (jpgs and pngs) or if i had small errors in the code, which you just have to go over with a fine tooth comb really :/ let me know if that helps

I think I understand how you would add glowing markings, but is there a way to have glowing eyes? I'm new to this whole thing, it's all sort of confusing. =/
