The word that echoed through the barren prairies of 19th century America.

Since their arrival here, the European-blooded white men have sparked a ceaseless age of aggression over the land.
 The Natives, however, would not give up their rightful land and resources so easily.
With both forces opposing each other, the blood of countless settlers and Natives has stained the once peaceful earth of the American West as each side's bitter hatred for each other exploded into battle.

With the settlers fighting to gain property and to establish settlements, and the Natives fighting to save their land and families, who's side will you chose in the Battle for the West?

: P L O T :

In the early 1800's, American settlers have begun the Westward movement, and along the way have encountered various communities of Native Americans- who were not too keen on the newcomers.
Years later, the settlers and the Natives have sparked negative relationships, turning into hatred. The settlers need the land, and in order to have the land, they need to be rid of the aggressive Natives. Because of this, war has been declared, resulting in numerous pillages of Native villages, and responding retaliation by the Natives.
You can chose which side you want to be on- the American settlers, or the Native Americans. You fight for not only your land and property, but for your freedom and the safety of your family.
However, despite the burning hatred and ongoing war between peoples, there area always those few opposed to such aggression.
Fight for your people as a feared warrior/soldier, or live life as a simple member of your community.

: R U L E S :

1. This is a Wild West era RP- which means Wild West era professions/personalities/towns, etc. Keep this in mind.
2. You may have more than one character
3. Ask a user permission before killing their character.
4. Realism is key- they did not have RPGs and automatic machine guns in the 1800s!
5. You can be an everyday person- i.e. a shop keeper or rancher. You don't HAVE to be a fighter.
6. Remember both sides despise each other- but there can be individual exceptions to that.

. Personality: Anawa is a very bold woman. Unlike most women of her tribe, she feels she can do anything a man can do and will get criticized often by the men and women in her tribe. She'll constantly sneak out at night and observe the settlements near her tribes camps, though never gets caught because of her swift movements and quiet nature. She thinks the people attacking need to go back where they came from and leave the tribes alone, though they don't seem to show a sign of leaving them in peace.

Ashkii is naturally very curious, always wanting to explore a bit more, walk a bit further, and see a little broader. He is very open minded to new ideas and new people, often seen as incredibly patient. Ashkii is extremely respectful, and often very gentle. Awesome, guess I'll start. Haha]]

Anawa sat with her knees to her chest at the edge of camp. She had awoken before dawn and was now watching as the sun rose. Sighing, she got to her feet and walked silently further into camp and sat down by where there was once a fire. She reached into a small pouch she had on her side and opened it up to reveal a coin. She'd seen many like it but never had one for herself. She found it the other day while observing the settlement nearby. It seemed they were drawing closer, causing the people of her tribe to grow nervous and unsteady. Anawa turned the coin over in her fingers before putting it back in the pouch and looking up suddenly as she watched a few of her people walk out of their homes. Anawa continued to sit quietly and watched as many people awoke.



Also, Vask, is Ashkii in the same tribe as Anawa?]]
