hello! i'm gp, and because i have nothing better to do and i miss making them, i'm taking one free preset request!

this isn't come serve first serve, i'll be picking a character to do so hopefully i get more than one reply, lmao

glowing parts?: The characters eyes, nostrils, and tongue glows.
anything else i need to know?: The tongue is pure white while the teeth are a light grey. He's also gotta be able to wear a collar, but that's only if you'll be able to do that.. But other than that there's nothing else to do to this character, oh wait, please only do it for the canine structure please and thank you!

is it okay if the eyes are biohazard like eyes
and do you think you can make the markings scroll from black to dark red to light red??
and also make it glow  and maybe the eyes ( or is that impossible??)
