About the SOPA bill you mentioned to do with Ireland? Considering that it mentions the EU, I looked it up and all member states of the EU have signed bar Cyprus, Estonia, Slovakia, Germany and the Netherlands. (aka Holland) but these countries have only delayed signing.

meowool, you're actually talking about ACTA, which is a universal sort of legislation they had tried to pass. I didn't get much information on the "Irish SOPA", quite frankly I'm not sure what it is, I only figured it was something different from ACTA since the few snippets I've read had claimed that it had already passed. =/

Btw, ACTA was rejected by the European Parliament earlier today!
