I am in support of different pitches of howls/roars, but the different head postitions sounds like it would be a pain in the butt to code. Not that I'd know, but it just soundsl ike it.

Awesome idea indeed. It is annoying, though recently I changed the howl and roar sound to something different. Even if it's just toggling between even a few species. However, this idea is a lot fancier.

    Your idea is pure genious! The howls and roars need to sound different, people would then actually sometimes, in a wolf rp for example, have a group howl that wouldnt be the repeating of the same howl over and over again. Same for the lions, I imagine teh leader to have a really strong roar and be like simba at the end of the first Lion King movie...xD  Also, for those that rp as dragons they'd have a really strong howl or roar, instead of sounding like a normal animal.

I like the idea of being able to change the howl/roar's pitch and volume, but I think that changing the position of the head when howling or roaring might be a bit much from the programming side. Though, it would be nice to be able to howl or roar when sitting or lying down rather than being stood up.
