Other Mods/Creations / Whispers Shading Mod [1.0.1 Version]

I finally decided to do it, this mod is now public. Updated...? Maybe a little, not by much. I might occasionally make a new version, but hey, it is what it is.
Previews:

Some of the images were at different times of changing to the mod, but most are accurate to show what it does.

Instructions:
1. Unzip the file/unpack
2. Extract to FeralHeart>media>objects and replace
3. Boot FH and things should begin changing ambient with the time of day

Hope y'all enjoy this little mod, considering i've been working on it for awhile. It's not much, but it makes things more realistic in certain aspects.

NOT INCLUDED in here is the grass, it's glitchy and generally ugly with this method. I'm working on fixing it.

Alright y'all, let's get talking Halloween!

This year, I have decided a custom costume will be perfect, and am taking on the role of my fursona; Whisper.
I want to know, what the lovely floofs of Feral Heart will be doing for their Halloween identity!

Is it a home made costume?
What inspired you to choose this costume?

What inspired me to be my fursona is simply my expressive nature. My friends have been highly supportive of me being me, and pushed for me to be who I want to be! Sooo, I have made a set of ears and have a tail along with the other needed details of my costume and am going to wear that whilst walking with some friends, rather than of course being something I didn't enjoy or find suiting to 'me'.

So tell me floofs, who or what are you going to assume the identity of this Halloween?

But anywho, down to business!

I've decided to open five, yes, five slots for requests. More than five are allowed to put in, I will accept the first three as first-come first-served, and then the two left will be artists choice!

Miscellaneous Tutorials / Bass Boosting Headphones

So, not your typical tutorial, but letz do et!

1.) So, first go to your sound/speakers icon and right click. This should pop up, click Playback Devices:

2.) Next, go to your speaker device(headphones) should be the one producing sound or will have your headphones name on it. Whichever the company left it as(Using Beats Mixer for this tutorial):

3.) Right click and go to 'Properties'

4.) Go ahead and click "Enhancements" and follow the image with your check boxes, the other stuff isn't important unless you want sound canceling etc.:

5.) See that Settings button? Click that! Now you should see this come open:

Click that dropdown and make sure it's set to Office(or Home Studio, whichever you find sounds better. This personally has given me the best results)

6.) Hit "Okay" and "Apply" on your way out, reboot your music program/youtube/pandora and enjoy your new bass!

Commissions, Trades, & Requests / Whisper Does Commissions

I'm going to be doing some commissions, just for the heck of it considering all i've been drawing is vent art anymore.

This isn't out for download, and i'm not sure if I will put it out just yet. Got alot of testing and tweaking to do with the ambients and stuff.

Forum Discussion / Have the forums affected your FH experience?

So, it's come to mind that not many players have always been involved on the forums. I've been asking myself this question lately, and i'm wondering the same for all of you.

When I first started FH, I wasn't into the forums at all, only skimmed news posts and that was it. I was the typical noob whom didn't know the game would no longer be updated. Once I posted on the site just once, I had the urge to continue checking back for more posts and replies to that /one/ post. Well, soon it evolved into an all out obsession with posting and skimming threads. I'd say my in-game experience was drastically changed.
I knew there wouldn't be updates and that there was actual mods to download and install for the game itself, sorta mini-updates. I began seeing people from the site and generally recognizing alot of users. And of course, I started paying attention to who was who at that time, haha.

But, how has the forum and site changed your in-game experience? And not just in-game. Has the forum changed your site experience as well?
