Movie clip cannot be found

I just logged onto my Feral Heart account after a little over a year of inactivity. I tried viewing movie clips of other people that are recruiting, but an icon pops up on the screen that says "Movie ... cannot be found". How do I fix this issue?

This issue happens when you adjust the chatbox horizontally. All you have to do is restart FH and you should be able to view them c:

Adding onto what Kiki said, sometimes the movies will glitch on their own in-game as well as glitching once the chatbox is resized. SO if this happens randomly usually a restart will fix this issue.

a way to adjust the chatbox while still seeing movies is only adjusting the top bar upwards, and not widening it

just note that also sometimes it breaks at random without this happening.
