should be just what youre looking for, you originally play as a human on a horse, however, there IS a way to be JUST a horse, but it involves file editing, but its easy

You could play howrse.com (Think that's what it is. It's an okay game), or horseland.com (I loved this game before FH). There's more, and you could probably just google it, but horseland isn't that bad.
