Presets will not export

This has been going on for quite some time with exporting my presets.
what i have tried so far was making sure my login was typed properly, made sure i transferred the preset properly and made sure the box next to my name was unticked.

but, exporting a preset still won't work, each time i try it tells me "failed to export preset"

what should i do?

Already messaged you, but for anyone who sees this, the preset folder number does not match the number of the preset files. Renaming them will not fix it unless the .material file is edited in notepad. How to fix this? Just move the files into the preset_10 folder instead.
