Introduction / Newbie but an Oldie?

Hello!
I used to be an avid Feral Heart player!
Some may know me from the usernames PossCoonKiara (I know cringy, but I was young and thought 'Oh, I'll mix my two favorite animals with my middle name!') or Icee!!
I would play this game all day, but thats back when there were maybe only 5 worlds and there was MateCenter and AdoptionCenter at Bonfire Islands.
Then the big update came and it was too much for me to navigate so I quit.
I'm trying to get back into it now, although I have no idea how to get around.
If there's some sort of map that shows all the portals and such that would be great? Because I literally have no idea how to get around anymore..
