Yes, what else did you expect? You break the rules and get away with a warning forever?
You can be banned for certain amounts of time though, say you only did something not so bad, you could just get a 24 hour ban or something. If you are a serious offender and it is clear you won't stop you can get banned forever.
After all, being banned means not playing.
