My Chars look like polygons now o.O wtf

Fixed : Used slycans polygon fixer thing when even her feralistic didnt fix it. Which is weird cuz i never had to use it till now D:

Alright I followed the rules and even deleted the game and re downloaded several time (i deleted maps too)

I'm getting the Ogre Exception error. I need help? does anyone know how to fix the error?

OK i have the newest patch and when i try to go in cape of dissent worlds the game crashes on me so i think something is messed up can any one help
