Game Discussion / The Moment When You Realize That You Love Feral Heart...

Has anyone had a moment where you have suddenly realized how much Feral Heart actually means to you?

Not simply a like fondness, but an actual love for the game and community that has brought us together.

If I'm the only one in the boat, then I suppose this won't make much sense, but I was interested to see how you, individually, have had a thought-stopping moment where you realize how much you love the game. The point of this thread is not to get people to say nice things about the game, but rather share their experiences of when they think about it. A moment(s) doesn't have to be big and defining- it can be a small, quiet moment. It could be when none of your friends are online, and you realize that you are in a perfect, content state without the company of others. It could be when you took a moment to reflect on the time that has passed by since joining the game. It could be when you're having a conversation with someone. It could be in a talk, roleplay, or just by watching someone do something in the game/on the forum that sparks your thoughts. Each moment is different for every person.

Whether you've had a moment or not, it can always be good to think about this, too. I'm interested to see what you think about this.

Discussion Board / That One Thing That You Won't Miss About Summer...

For some people, the education in school (or work, for those who have time off in the summer) will begin shortly, and for some, it has already started. Whether your summer has been fast-paced or a particularly slow one, there must be at least one thing you enjoyed about this season.

But instead of spending your time wondering why the summer had to pass so quickly or wishing you had accomplished more before the busy times begin, there must be at least one thing about this season that you will look forward to leaving behind.

Of all the things associated with summer that you might enjoy, such as being out of school or swimming, there must also be a downside to the good parts.

Whether it indeed be one of the aspects mentioned above or not, what is one thing that you particularly will not miss about the passing of summer?

I shall be interested to see your responses.

You've probably heard someone say, "You're not very creative," or "that's not very creative." But do they actually mean what they say? What exactly is creativity? One might argue that creativity is a form of "self-expression." Do you really mean to tell someone that they're unable to express themselves? It all comes down to what you think creativity is.

This topic isn't focused on one person calling another person "uncreative"- It's about creativity in general. What is creativity? Or better phrased, how do you perceive creativity? Is creativity the same for everyone? What makes you decide if something is or isn't "creative?" You might consider putting aside everything you think you know about creativity, and actually think about what it means to you.

I want to hear your thoughts on this. They can be straight-forward and factual, or they can be humorous, but I'd like you to spend a moment to think about it. Y'know, get creative.

The game goes like this. One player will say, "Mirror, Mirror on the Wall..." and then ask a question. The next player will respond to the question that the first person asks, and ask a new question.
Here's an example.

Player 1: Mirror, Mirror on the Wall, who is the fairest of them all?

Player 2: Lord Suragaha, of course. Mirror, Mirror on the Wall, what is the best food in the world?

Player 3: Macaroni and cheese. Mirror, Mirror on the Wall, what is the best forum game?

And so on.

Game Discussion / In-Game Stalking

So, I was thinking to myself, "I wonder if anyone else spends a good majority of their time stalking other people?"

And that got me motivated to actually make a topic based on my curiosity.

So, do you guys stalk people/your friends on Feral Heart?

If you do, which people do you stalk? Why?

And if you want, rate your stalking intensity towards the people you, ahem, "stalk." (1 being the least intense, and 5 being the most)

I'm really interested to see what you guys say. Comment below!

Site/Forum Help / Custom Titles

Hi!

So, I've noticed how a few people have "custom titles" beneath their username. Usually, the players with these titles have a high ranking, so I wondered if that had anything to do with who does and doesn't get a custom title.

Do you have to pay for a custom title?

Does it come with age?

Experience?

Does a moderator or administrator assign you the title, or is it required to ask them permission for one?

I'd really appreciate anything if anyone knows about this. Thanks!

Hopefully this topic's subject will strike somewhat of an interest in you.

So, old topics...

People are busy bustling away with their lives, checking out what's new- what should be answered, and what shouldn't be answered, but do they have the time to skim back through the old topics and reply to them? Does it matter? Do they care? Are those old topics still of any importance? Or are they just a glimpse of the past that is over with, resolved, and in no need to ever be set on with eyes again?

What's your opinion?
Do you still click back to the earlier pages of forum and/or game discussion?
Why or why not?
Should you, or should you not?

So I don't know about you, but my character(s) sometimes acts different than I do on the Feral Heart forums.

So, what about you guys?

Do you act different in the forum then you do on the game?
How do you act different?
How do you act in the game?
How do you act in the forum?

Example: When I'm on the forum, I usually try to make an effort to use good punctuation and grammar, although I may be more flexible and more lenient in-game. I could consider myself a tad reserved, in real life situations, though I attempt to be friendly toward everyone. c:
