Normally the books are better.  But there was a movie i never read the book of.  They modified it so that the rivalry of tesla versus edison helped the rivalry of the main characters look more dramatic.

They might have an old thing, one example is a favourite bowl or dish, it's broken, pieces are missing, why fix it?  With gold and pieces from other dishes?
