Cannot login or front server doesn't let me in

Good afternoon!

It's been a very long time since I tried logging into the game itself.
I don't know if my account has been reset or anything due to being absent for over two years but I'd love to try and get back in again.
I've tried to update my email address but it always comes up with failed so I'm not too sure what's going on.

Any help is much appreciated C:

Are you using the login page as well when trying to log into the game?
