Friends+preset=no see*fixed*

so i made a preset and i put it on media fire gave them the correct link then i gave it to them. they downloaded it saved it in presets, turned of all of FH then got back on and they still cant see it only i can....what happened?

(just so you know the file name is Axel C._9.fhp)

Edit: i also tried shutting down FH myself and i also had zakari101_9.fhp origanally but that didnt work either.

EDIT 2: i told them to put it in exports and they were able to see it. thank you all f you who helped

Did they put the file in Presets... not my_presets? They could've done that.
Other than that, I have no idea...
But I do know what to do. Send the file to me when your online again, I'll go to FH friend request you, find you, and see if I can see your preset if not you'll have to tell me step by step what you did exactly.

Could you try exporting the preset again and see if the new file works better? Sometimes my presets don't export properly and I have to redo them and send the new files out to my friends. Or possibly putting the files on mediafire may corrupt the file somehow... I have no idea, I usually send my presets by email.

I am having this same problem. I tried by e-mail sending and by mediafire, and I tried to give my friends multiple files thinking that it exported wrong.  I may try to export it one more time to try again though later. ^^
