In need of a preset

So I was originally trying to make the preset myself but it turned out way worse than anything I've ever made before, so I was hoping a kind person on the forums could create one for me

It's not that simple of a preset but it's only some simple animation that is needed

Here is a simple form that I've filled out, if any more information is needed please ask!

Canine or Feline Model?; Canine
Mask/Texture (Optional); Anything, his fur is quite fluffy though
Eyes (Optional); Again, anything, but his eyes are slits, so is the third eye

Notes; Please add the third eye! If you can make it blink that would be absolutely amazing! Please keep in mind that his neck does have a row of teeth, this isn't animaed

What color should the inside of the mouth be?

What color should the pawpads be?

Are there spots on the back of the neck?'

Does the tail have more spots than what's visible?

1. The teeth are normal, the tongue is a vibrant purple
2. The pawpads are grey (Normal pawpads)
3. No, there's only spots on the body and tail
4. There's around 5-8 spots on the tail (Only at the top of the tail)

EDIT: I have PMed you with the link to download the preset image files. I was unable to animate the eyes blinking. Note: The weight slider stretches out the mouth on the neck.
