Introduction / Long Time, No See

Hey guys, it's been a long time huh? I don't suppose many would remember me, I was that quiet observer that wouldn't post much, but I would get my points out.

Anywho, the reason of my absence.
One.Simple.Word.
Mum.
For some absurd reason she hated me on FH, so she banned me off my laptop, then when I got on it again we had to go without internet for a while, then she banned me off FeralHeart, and so on and so forth, and finally I get the summer over at my dads! Although my mum kept me laptop (As she has done for my previous holidays) But a friend of my aunts managed to give me their old MacBook, so now I can get on the internet, and I have finally managed to download FH on to it, so you may see me around again! But unfortunately, when the summer hols are over (in about 5 weeks) I will go absent again

So I'm going to make the best of my time here!

Far from Home

So, I love to roleplay, and after so many years, I guess there comes a time in every roleplayers heart to start a roleplay that people will remember. So I wanted to start Far from Home. I wanted to start a forum for this, just for roleplaying.
Basicly you are a stray dog in a city (Haven't quiet worked out which one yet, still WIP) after the humans wiped themselves out in WWIII. Of course there are a few left, but they can't be trusted, they would shoot you down in a split second just to get some food. Dogs have abandoned all pretence of 'loyalty' and only fight to survive. The once beautiful refuge of the countryside is no more, destroyed by bombs and missiles and such. The cities offer the best protection now. The dogs run the place, they are everywhere, but hardly ever together. It is rare to see dogs near each other without snarling and snapping nowadays. Theres no trust anywhere.

That's basically the setting at the moment, I might reveal more later.
What I really want is some help, I want people who can make this forum really come to life. I don't have a clue about coding, though I've tried in the past. This limits what I can do with the forum, and it's not going to get any better than a few words on a page. What I really need is someone who can help me make it something special, that people will really want to roleplay on, not what I've got at the moment. (Which is this by the way. I know, rubbish)

So if someone could please, in any way, help me, it would be much appreciated.

What we need:

-People who can code
-People Who can do icon artwork (or any artwork, for banners, icns, etc.)
-People who can moderate
-People who can roleplay!

Oh sure, the humans were a nice race. They gave the best of us homes, shelter, food, water, all the luxuries any pooch could ask for. Back then dogs were loyal, wolves were bonded by family and friends, laws and manners were to be followed.

Where are your laws and manners now?

The humans wiped themselves out, theres no excuse for that, no reversals, they started their bloody "World War III" or whatever they liked to call it. Now all that's left is their ruins. No ones complaining about them though, atleast they offer shelter.
Dogs have long since abandoned any pretence of 'loyalty'. Every dog to himself. And the wolves aren't true wolves any more, their habitats lost, they split up, and they never got together again. They are the rulers of the cities now. Don't mess with them.
You fight your way to the top, or you get crushed under paw. It's like trying to stay afloat in a raging sea. Only the swimmers will make it, until their legs give way.

No one survives in the end.

But there are three unspoken laws left in the canine race.

Never go to the wasteland.
Never trust the remaining humans.
And never trust the cats.

Will you survive?

The aim of this game is to bring a smile to peoples face and make them realize that in the worst of times they can have the best of fun. Basically, you post a photo, or maybe a quote, or something that you have seen/done that shows somebody making the best out of the worst of times, then the person below you will rate it and put up another post.

Of course you have. Well, there are rumors, about beasts like such, but they have no human form." You give the wolf a bewildered look, did this crazy old wolf hit his head? He seems to notice your not believing him, because he chuckles. "Oh, they're real. Larger, stronger, faster and far more intelligent than normal wolves...Far more dangerous than a Bear, believe you me."
You slowly pad down a dark trail, your ears twitching at every sound, your nerves going crazy. You left the crazy story teller at dusk, politely excusing yourself, but now you wish you had stayed. There's something out there, you can sense it, feel it. Your heart is thumping, so loud you think it might burst. What is it? What's out there?.......
BANG! Suddenly you are knocked to the floor by a sudden force behind you. Your head swivels around only to see two pairs of glowing red eyes, before.......
Your eyes shut close in pain and you give out a loud yelp as you feel fangs sink into your neck, your pumping blood spilling into the jaws of a beast. You can see more glowing red eyes appearing out of the mist, the forms of huge wolves surround you, snarling and snapping can be heard from the shadows. Slowly, a huge wolf, bigger than the rest steps forward, walking closer to you. You feel the grip around your neck vanish, as the creature steps back to the side of the beast that had stopped in front of you, licking it's maw, soaked in your blood.
"I am Zanu, Alpha to this pack.....We are EverWolves." He let his red eyes bore into you "And now you are too."
He then swirled around, and gestured you to follow him into the mist, into the territory of one of the most deadliest packs on earth.

EverWolf Sanctum is a revived and revamped RP. When we first started it, we were a small gang, but the very next day our numbers rose dramatically. We weren't very organized, and we derped about in OOC more than we RP'd. But somehow, we stayed active, and became close friends. We had a great time roleplaying and chatting alike, and stayed active for at least a year or two. But at some point we just...died. We faded, quietly, nobody commenting on it, but everyone knew it. Some of us tried to keep it active, but in vain. For a year we lay dormant, sometimes coming online in hopes of seeing an old friend, but eventually, even that died...

Now, with high hopes, we have decided to come back from the dead, and we have made the preparations to stay that way. New website, new name, new ranks. We already have many members after we disbanded the old group, and we hope to get more. Be one of the first to bring us to our former height and glory.

Forum Suggestions & Ideas / Set font, colour etc.

I just had a small Idea.....

I know allot of the members who use the forums commonly have their own 'Theme' For instance, I have the Comic Sans ms font, with a green colour, and a sub purple colour, that's my 'Theme' and it does get frustrating when I have to set it up everytime, and I'm sure others feel the same way.

So the the idea is that there could be an option in the profile settings, for a set personal 'Theme'

I dunno, it just came to me, cuz I thought it would be simpler and easier....

Hi. I just wanted to know, this year, when 2014 comes, is there something you want to happen, or something you want to be able to get, or something you want to change.

It may be a New Years revolution, or maybe just something you've been wishing on that star for, for far too long.

I find that announcing this thing to some trusted friends and floofs really helps you want to make it happen.

So to start it off, I'll tell you mine.

I want to be recognized

I want to be recognized for being different, for standing out in the community. I want people to know me for my great ideas, my artwork, my kindness. I want people to think, 'Hey, she's something special, she is'. Because I want people to know I'm an individual.

So go on, whats your New Years revolution?

Introduction / Hopping to return soon

Hi guys! Some of you may still recognize me, but I just wanted to make sure everybody didn't think I abandoned FH. I didn't know where to put this, so I put it here.

You may have noticed I haven't been on in a while. This is because my internet has been hacked, so I cannot connect without revealing information.

So when I had the opportunity to get online, the first thing on my list was to tell ya guys why I have been away, so you don't think I have ditched you.

And also, I want you to know I will hopefully be able to get back online soon! And since I'm having allot of time offline, I should come back with a map or two, and maybe a cool roleplay idea in my head, so 'till then, Merry Christmas everyone!

Game Help / Map wont show up at Cape

Title pretty much explains it. I've added a portal to the map, that links to Cape, just as I have done with all my other maps, yet the map wont show up at Cape. I'm worried that maybe I've reached a limit when it comes to maps or something, so if any one knows a limit, then that would be helpful, but otherwise, I'm not sure what's going on......
