FeralHeart Not Connecting To Internet

Hello, I've been having problems connecting feralheart to my new internet. We switched internet brands and now FeralHeart wont "connect to front sever." It works on my grandparent's internet and it worked for my old internet. I uninstalled and re-installed FeralHeart and changed firewall's settings, but that didn't do anything. I have a HP, Windows XP laptop, and our internet is a satellite brand called WisperISP. Does anyone know what I should do?

You should see a button on the bottom right corner of your screen what looks like this:

Click on that and find the connection you are using and connect to it then make sure it says you're connected.
Either that or the server is having a little hiccup ;o

Well I'm sure I'm connected to the internet. I've been having this problem for about a year now, so I don't think it's just a hiccup. D: Thanks though.
