Also, I'd try getting her to go on in the earlier hours when less people are on the server, it's been hit badly with the number of players recently.

I can't ask at this time since she's offline, but she mentioned that it has been like this for "a few days", so I would say about a week now. I know that I can log on easily enough whenever she attempts to, so it's not that the server is too busy (unless there's a difference in where we're logging in from, but that would mean separate servers, right?).

This post is for a friend since she can't load the forum.

A few days ago, my family upgraded to the 4g network. We live in the countryside, so it sped up our previously very slow internet. However, now that we have upgraded, I cannot get into feral heart.

I can access my other online games just fine, and go in any browser, but it refuses to work with FH. I can launch the game just fine, it is just whenever I enter my user and pass, it displayes "Failed To Connect To Front Server". While this isn't terribly unusual, since it normally will display five or six times on bad days, but for me, every single time the login button is clicked, it displays this message. Sometimes it doesn't even try to log in, and just instantly displays the message.

However, we have another  3G network router that is rather slow, and after persuasion, it will log in on that connection. I don't know what the problem is, but it has nothing to do with firewalls, not having up-to-date version of FH, or our dish. That is all we have trouble-shooted so far. Please, if anyone has any idea what is going on, or how to fix it, LET ME KNOW! I am not the only person in this house who plays Feral Heart.
