Game Help / 6 Color mask

I've been trying to make a 6 color mask for this mapped group i've got and i think i know how to make one but it keeps stuffing up.. I made one mask with the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and then add black to palces, next a do a new one adn color in the places that were RGB in black and the black in my new colors (I doing this all in GIMP i cna only use GIMP x.x) That works fine and it loads into the game fine, but when i add the colors RGB Work fine, but the other one i made dose not the first colors works and then the other two color over all 3 of them... Could some one help me out with this? soon Please

I think i've got the same problem.. I think i've don everything right its jsut .. When i do 4,5,6 they got all mental o.O And color over each other X.X I really need a 6 color mask for this map i'm making. I've done one mask with Red, Green, Blue like you have too adn then for the other mask (For 4,5,6) And i've done the colors of yellow, light blue (All green, All blue, No red) And pink (Don't like pink x.x but only other color i throught would work) And when i add them into the game, Mask one (Red,Green,Blue) Working fine! I get them working OK! and then lets do mask two! (4,5,6) And... CRAP it stuffs up 
i put colors on the mask (Texurs) And they color over each other >:T Could i please have some help ASAP? or atless before christmas 2013 please O.O Oh and i use GIMP i cant get photoshop or any of that so I'm using GIMP to do my maps,Mask etc... And i'm sorry for my spelling errors if i haev any o.O
